SELECTION

The tables give the maximum allowable torque (expressed in Nm) calculated on the basis with an angle of inclination of 10° and continuous use.

If the inclination angle is over 10°, the values shown will be reduced in accordance with the torque factor shown below.

The strict compliance with the following conditions is the essential premise for a perfect working:

In order to have a uniform homokinetic motion the angles of the two shafts must be equal;
In order to avoid any angular variation, shafts can only be moved parallel to each other;
In order to avoid any vibration during the working phase, match the coupling and shaft as close as possible to each other;

In order to avoid a not uniform motion, forks of the joints and the tally marks must be aligned, as shown in the picture.
